The "SSM-Oil" LLP is an integrated company. Types of activity include exploration and production of oil and gas.

The Company has a clear strategy to expand the scope of activities and is a progressive oil enterprise in Kyzylorda Region.

The "SSM-Oil" LLP has been operating in the market of Kazakhstan for 17 years, since October 10, 2000.

The Company is registered with the State Revenue Service for Almalinsky District of Almaty City. The Director General is Zhunisov Zaurbek Isabekovich.

In Kyzylorda, the main production facility of the SSM-Oil is located at the field under Contract No.1057. The extraction of hydrocarbons in Kyzylorda Region began in 2002, when the Ministry of Oil and Gas and the SSM-Oil LLP concluded the agreement to explore this field. The area under development is 2,046 km². In 2014 a branch was established to manage production at the field in Kyzylorda Region with a staff of 25 persons, 11 of which work at the field under Contract No. 1057.

On May 12, 2005, the Agreement on joint activities with the purpose of joint exploration and development of the field located in Kyzylorda Region under Contract No. 1057 was concluded with the subsidiary company of the CNPC Kazakhstan, Kolzhan LLP. The Kolzhan LLP received a 50% interest in the license, becoming a partner of the "SSM-Oil" LLP.
